Site Modification Policies

Effective August 1, 2016

Due to the rise in cost of internet services, these modification polices are in active. Each site modification request is classified as an incident.

Administrative related requests includes, but are not limited to:

  1. Adding or modifying any email accounts
  2. Adding or modifying any control panel feature (details available)

Graphic related requests includes, but are not limited to:

  1. Logo creation or changes
  2. Image gallery, slide show, background images, rotatoting image creation or changes
  3. Text graphics (special graphics with formatted text)
  4. Banner creation or changes

Online Store related requests includes, but are not limited to:

  1. Adding or modifying products or categories
  2. Adding or modifying fetaures
  3. Modifying store settings
  4. Training on any of the installed features

Content related requests includes, but are not limited to:

  1. Adding or modifying any content, icluding social media accounts
  2. Adding or modifying any outside scripts (affiliations, memberships, partnerships, etc.)

Miscellaneous related requests includes, but are not limited to:

  1. Adding or modifying any audio/video/flash content
  2. Adding or modifying any custom programmed scripts

Tips/Notes

  1. We suggest that your request contains as much details as possible. Once we complete your request, we are not responsible for any errors in your request that prompts use to access your account again.
  2. For graphics requests we usually enhance them for the web and resize them to fit any existing layout/gallery, etc.
